The lack of privacy in my life is really starting to get to me. I guess that's just part of being a teenager, but honestly? Is it really all that important to know what I'm doing every moment of the day?
I would not want to know if I were my parents.
Actually,I'd say do whatever the fuck you want just don't buy anything on ebay or get kidnapped by a 50 year old pedophile.
So,they may not be looking for anything in particular when they enter my room. But they sure as hell find at least one thing each time that interests them.
It's not like I don't notice. It's my room,I spend massive amount of time in here. My computer's in here,my tv's in here,my bed's in here, all my books and drawing things and instruments are in here. I only really need to leave to go to the bathroom, shower, eat, and go to school.
I notice every change in my room. If I didn't do it,I'd know.
I let things go however, because if I confront my mother about why the fuckk she was in my room going through my things, she would bring up what she found. And that would be the end for me. But,if I don't mention anything,no one will ever care. So I don't. But it still bugs the shit out of me. Take for instance last month. My lighter went missing. Hey,I wasn't doing anythinggg with it,it was just sitting there, but it was MINE. And she took it from MY room.
Blah.
Also, she likes to use MY computer. We have another computer that she can use on our living room tv,but she decided that it's a better idea to use mine, without my permission.
And maybe that day I forgot to clear my history.
Oops.

I should at least have one place in my life where I can escape from them. But I don't,and I wont until I move out. And who knows, even then maybe they'll have a keystroke logger on my computer.

I HUNGER FOR FREEDOM.
Sigh, but what's the use in bitching?

Heh, nice to know I'm not the only one going through this. My parents don't go through my things (that I know of) but they hold me back from everything.

I pick out a place to try and get a job, mom talks me out of it by telling me all the negatives and then saying something along the lines of "if you want to work there, go ahead but blah blah blah". They've also banned me from my yahoo messenger until I move out, and my closest friends.

Sounds like we're both spirits that were never meant to be chained like this. Parents of this generation don't understand the fact that we NEED our freedoms and not all of us are drinking and partying and doing drugs behind their backs.

Yes indeed,
They know I'm not like they were when they were teenagers, yet I'm not to be trusted.

They've banned you from your friends? why's that

nothing horrible really,I mean like if it weren't my parents I wouldn't care. But I'm gay you know, and my parents can't stand that. so if I happen to be looking at anything to do with gay people they freak out.
Nothing dirty haha

only a few more years ...

really , parents I think do it because they want to make sure
their kids aren't doing things they shouldn't be , or into things
they shouldn't be.

hell you've got my curiousity with this , does she know you're lesbian? lol
(sorry to be so personal, but really got me wondering on that...)

and , if my I found a lighter in my sons room I would ask him straight up
if he smoked and if he said no I'd ask why he had it ... just because I want
to make sure he's not being a pyromaniac or something foolishly rediculous that
could lead him into trouble. but thankfully I don't have to worry about that
at this point in time :)

forgot to mention , make a habbit of cleaning out your history etc
after each time you use your pc ... then if you're looking at something
you shouldn't be looking at , she won't find it so easily ;)

My mom loved them until my dad started hating them. He tries to say they were a "bad influence" even though they never tried to get me to smoke, drink, do drugs, or any other harmful habit. The real reason is he'd try and stare down my best friend, and she'd stare right back.

He finds something wrong with my friends and my mom's friends if they don't fear him or are intimidated by him.
:iconkurenaix1234:
Hehe. I'm not a pyromaniac ;D

lol, well yeah my mom knows I'm a lesbian. But she hates it. I'm not aloud to date anyone either so,I have to lie about my life basically.

I try to hide things as well as possible. But it's hard.
